Colorado, Vail, Avon and Beaver Creek Resorts

Beaver Creek ski area operates on National Forest System lands under special use permit to the White River National Forest. The 30-year permit assigns a portion of the bundle of rights associated with land ownership to the permit holder.

All lifts, ski trails, and facilities must be approved by the Forest Service in advance prior to construction. Master development plans, construction plans, and summer and winter operating plans are approved by the federal agency prior to each season of operation.

Apollo Park at Vail

Hyatt Mountain Lodge has a great location bordering Beaver Creek Village, Creekside Park, and the Vilar Center for the Arts. A skiway gives ski-out access to the Elkhorn Lift and all the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. Virtually every Beaver Creek shop, restaurant, and recreational amenity is within an easy walk from the Mountain Lodge. There are activities for all seasons - skiing, skating, hiking, fishing, golf, and much more.

Lakeside Terrace

At the doorstep of Lakeside Terrace are 6,000 acres of powdery trails and, at Arapahoe Basin, the highest ski-worthy terrain in North America. In summer, activities include fly fishing, golf, or a trail ride at Rocky Mountain National Park. Adjacent to the resort, enjoy access to the Avon Recreation Center's diving pool, lap pool, and leisure pool, with a 150-foot waterslide. Marriott's StreamSide

StreamSide is located just two miles from Vail's international village and ski slopes, which can easily be reached by StreamSide shuttle service. The Evergreen (MEV), Douglas (MDO), and Birch (MVB) buildings offer contemporary studio, one- and two-bedroom accommodations. RHC/Sandstone Creek Club

At RHC at Sandstone Creek Club, all units have inside access to the clubhouse, which features an indoor/outdoor heated pool, racquetball court, exercise room, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, and an activities room. Skiing is the number-one winter pastime, with Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas providing trails for all abilities.
